There was a medal-laden trip for Redbourn Sidhu Taekwondo Club to the South Eastern England Championship.
Held at Brunel University in Uxbridge, seven of the Redbourn squad landed medals of one colour or another, including gold.
Dylan Castillo picked up two golds in U18 sparring and patterns and the same was true of Veer Sahota.
Aran Kumar got a gold in patterns and a bronze in sparring while for Jasmine Sahota it was the other way round, a bronze in patterns and a gold for sparing.
Zara Fitzgerald was competing in the U18 division despite having just turned 14 two weeks earlier.
That didn't stop her coming away with gold in sparring, beating a 17-year-old red-black belt in a tough final, and silver in patterns.
Mya Sahota with a silver in sparring and Dhilan Kumar with his bronze in patterns completed the excellent day of action.
A club spokesman for the club said: "It is a fantastic achievement to win so many medals, especially in a fiercely competitive competition with clubs from all over England competing."
