Harpenden stayed top of the Herts Cricket League Premier Division with a comfortable success at Old Owens.

They won by 130 runs against the Potters Bar-based Owens, keeping them 15 points clear at the summit.

The victory saw them put into bat after losing the toss and they had an early wobble, losing James Latham in the third over.

Scott Galloway (47) and Cole Briggs (38) steadied the ship and put on 77 for the second wicket and after Olly Batchelor (34) had moved the score on, Usman Malik drove the innings on.

He shared a 70-run stand with Ben Frazer (22) for the seventh-wicket and was eventually ninth man down having made 93 in 70 balls.

That set a total of 271 and the bowlers never gave Owens a chance of getting into the game, the home side all out on 141.

Alex Gosling took 4-31 while there was 3-25 for Harry Seagrave and 3-45 for Andrew Neal.

Radlett are up to fifth after a narrow one-wicket win away to Totteridge Millhillians.

They put the home side and watched them get to 190 all out before getting home after 46 overs, nine men down.

St Albans could not add to their superb win over Welwyn Garden City two weeks earlier as they were beaten by nine wickets at Broxbourne in the Championship.

They looked to be in fine fettle when a second-wicket partnership of 61 between Joe Regan (33) and Ashish Padki (39) got them to 80-2.

From there though, it was a different story.

Only Barnaby Fitch got into double figures and they found themselves all out for 119 in the 46th over.

Liam Robinson starred for Broxbourne with 6-21 with the home side then easing to victory.

In Division One Redbourn are edging their way up the table after recording a 92-run home win over Abbots Langley.

This was a third win from the last five games, the previous match cancelled due to rain, and has seen them rise to sixth, now just 16 points off second place.

They batted first and made 195 before being all out in the final over.

Conor Yorath made 39, one more than Harry Cobb, but it was Alex Salter's 52 that boosted their total.

A good start had Abbots suffering a 17-4 and that then went to 92-8 before Redbourn closed out the win.

Pick of the bowlers was Callum Moyle with 3-22 while Jason Bryceland and Josh Arnold took 2-18 and 2-23.

London Colney won in Division Three B, beating Cockfosters by six wickets, while Wheathampstead lost by three wickets at Chorleywood.

Scott Hadley (55 not out) and Jack Massey (53) scored a good chunk of the Colney runs, all after Simon Fretter took 4-32.

Chris Martin and Chris Bates both got half-centuries for Wheato too, scoring 52 and 59, while there was 46 for Ross Martin.

George Coulson managed 3-22 but Chorleywood sneaked home with two balls to spare.

Sandridge had a 45-run loss to Old Haberdashers in Division Four A while Greenwood Park beat Old Albanian by 89 runs in Division Five B.
