Oaklands Wolves U18 girls have completed a perfect season - by winning the treble.

A hat-trick from Prudy Brooks together with a great finish from Katie Boyle saw them defeat neighbours Harvesters 4-1 and lift the Senior League Cup in the Hertfordshire Girls Partnership League.

That was the final step needed to complete the silverware domination but only tells part of the story.

The squad went unbeaten over the course of the U18 Division One season, winning 16 and drawing two to again leave Harvesters with the runners-up prize.

Their unbeaten league run now stretches way back to November 2022.

The second prize captured was the Hertfordshire U18 Girls Challenge Cup.

They had beaten Hitchin Belles White, St Albans City Youth North and Hitchin Belles Blues to reach the final, with the match against Garston providing plenty of excitement for the spectators.

It ended with Oaklands winning 4-3, Brooks getting one but Rose Boichat smashing three this time.

And if the team accolades weren't enough, the golden boot for top scorer went to Brooks with Eva Cullen taking home the Division One golden glove prize for best goalkeeper.

Oaklands Wolves Youth who are a relatively young grass roots community club based at Oaklands College.

The players will now take a well-earned rest before looking forward to their presentation day.
