St Albans Striders have claimed the top prize in the Midweek Road Race League - winning the Division One title.
The last scoring round took place at Stevenage with Cam Dockerill securing his second individual win of the four-race series.
Matt Cooper was sixth, Steve Buckle eighth and Paul Adams ninth.
For the ladies, Lucy Waterlow led the way with a superb fifth place, followed by Megan Walker in seventh, Lily Seach in ninth and Hollie Ryder 10th.
However it was the overall performance from the whole team which secured the overall win, led by team captains Stefano Federici and Jenny Maginley.
St Albans Athletics Club meanwhile were celebrating a bucket load of PBs at both the Southern Athletics League, the British Milers Club and the Watford Open.
Rhys Bethell became the latest from the club to go under two minutes for the 800m, achieving the feat in Watford.
The same venue saw the BMC gold standard races with St Albans involvement in three of the four races.
James McMurray came second in the A 800m while Dillon Smith won the B 800m in a new PB of 1:52.36.
Phoebe Gill used both her excellent racing brain and her great speed development from her recent 800m and 400m successes, to smash the British U17 1500m record by two seconds.
The PBs kept coming in the Southern League meeting, the second to be held at Westminster Lodge.
And the undoubted highlight was a new club record in the ladies' 4x400m relay, the new holders being the quartet of Gill, Annabel Hedge, Keira Stern and Emeline Brown.
