Harpenden Town moved top of the Beds & Herts Women's League Premier Division table after a crushing victory away to Biggleswade United.
The 7-0 success means Harps are three points clear of Hertford Town in second and a further two points ahead of Wormley Rovers, all three having played 10 games out of 18.
Cayleigh Jackson had already gone close twice, hitting the post with one, when she prodded home a Belle Shannon corner on six minutes.
Rosie Makamain made it two with an excellent finish before Shannon got number three with a rocket from just outside the box.
The fourth arrived six minutes after the break, Cally Salter waltzing in after a 35-yard solo run.
A minute later Shannon got her second from a Holly Rossington pass and the sixth arrived 12 minutes from time, Mel Jones with the assist and Dani Ransom catching the Biggleswade defence off guard with the shot.
The icing on the cake came when Ransom found Shannon and her low cross into the middle was tapped home by Jackson.
Harpenden go to Langford on Sunday.
