Elzbieta Merten: 59, of Pelham Court, Hemel Hempstead. On May 11, 2024, failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of committing a road traffic offence and failed to stop after a road traffic accident at Lime Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Fined £676 plus ordered to pay court costs £85 and victim services £270. Disqualified from driving for 20 weeks.
Benjamin Lizzio: 38, of Ashby Gardens, St. Albans. On September 18, 2024, drove a Mercedes EQA on Cottonmill Lane, St Albans while over the drink drive limit, Lizzio had 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £677 and ordered to pay court cost £85 and victim services £271. Disqualified from driving for 20 weeks.

Glen Armstrong: 43, of Tylersfield, Abbots Langley. On March 12, 2024, drove a Volkswagen Passat on M25, London Colney while there was a proportion of cannabis in his blood. Fined £200 and ordered to pay court costs £85. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 16
Ellen Ward: 41, of Alton Road, Luton. On August 16, 2024, was in possession of a quantity of cocaine at Luton. On September 16, 2024, failed to surrender to custody at Luton Magistrates Court having been released on bail. On November 15, 2024, assaulted two people at Hemel Hempstead and stole a bottle of beer from Sweet Cone in Hemel Hempstead. Community order made – rehabilitation activity
Stevenage Magistrates court results – November 18
Kerrry Crossley: 42, of Prestwick Road, Watford. On September 21, 2024, was in possession of a blade in Watford. Ordered to pay court costs £300. Imprisoned for 6 months.
Marcus Irving: 48, of Ladies Grove, St. Albans. On October 17, 2024, stole meat from Tesco, St Albans. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay court costs £85.
