2. Blind Lane - London Colney
This 17.2-acre plot off Blind Lane has a guide price of £125,000 and will be sold at auction on December 4.
Made up of woodland and farmland, the site is in the Green Belt and would need that designation changed if any development is to take place.
"The site is currently in the Green Belt but may present a future opportunity for development if that designation is changed," the listing reads.
3. Norton Bury Lane - Letchworth
This plot off Norton Bury Lane has been put on the market at £75,000 by Prime Plots.
"This is a unique opportunity to purchase land that may have potential for various uses," the listing reads.
"The land is approximately 0.48 of an acre and is accessed directly from Norton Bury Lane, located between Norton Mill House and Nortonbury Spa.

4. Tippendall Lane - St Albans
This 6.44-acre plot adjacent to the A405 North Orbital Road has a guide price of £120,000 and will be sold at auction on December 4.
Although the land is subject to a grazing agreement, listing Pugh & Company Ltd believe it could be a development opportunity.
"The plot is sold subject to a grazing agreement which details an annual rent of £1,440 and allows either party to break from the lease with one month's notice," the listing reads.
"The site may be suitable for development subject to securing vacant possession and the granting of any necessary consents."
5. Bucknalls Drive - Bricket Wood
Listed for £750,000 by Carter Hayward, this plot is a development opportunity with planning permission for two four-bedroom homes.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a substantial piece of land in the highly regarded village of Bricket Wood," the listing reads.
"We advise that potential buyers enquire with St Albans City and District Council regarding their intentions of the land and its use prior to purchase."
