Police confirmed that a crash occurred around 8.05am on Park Street Roundabout leaving one motorist in hospital.
A motorist has been hospitalised with "slight injuries" after a crash on the A405 St Albans this morning.
Police confirmed that a crash occurred around 8.05am on Park Street Roundabout causing delays northbound on the A405 North Orbital and the A414.
A spokesperson added: "The collision involved 2 vehicles, a blue Honda CBR motorbike and a red Kia Sportage.
"A male has suffered a slight injury at the scene and has been taken to hospital via ambulance for checks."
The East of England Ambulance Service also attended the scene.
Herts Highways say delays have now cleared.
