As another week comes to an end, a fresh round of public notices have been published for St Albans residents.
As ever, we're rounding up five planning applications that could affect the district in the coming weeks and months.

1. Upgrades to Redbourn Golf Club
Proposed plans include a driving range bay extension and minor alteration to the ball stop fence alignment at Redbourn Golf Club.

2. Additional storey and extension in St Albans
Plans include the construction of an additional storey to form a four bedroom semi-detached dwelling.
The application also features an extension to lower ground floor and rear terrace at 21 Verulam Road.

3. Property rebuild in Harpenden
Under the plans existing buildings will be demolished to make way for one self-build dwelling with associated access at Woodlands 13, Sauncey Wood.

4. New build on land near busy St Albans junction
An application for the construction of a self-build dwelling has been made on land at the Junction of Ayres End Lane and Harpenden Road, St Albans.
The proposal also includes the formation of new vehicular access onto Ayres End Lane and other associated works.
All works will be completed adjacent to the A1081.

5. Replacement porch with long black railings
Plans have been submitted for a replacement porch with 1100mm black railings to the side at 90 Cravells Road, Harpenden.
