St Albans Choral Society will celebrate its 80th anniversary with a concert at the cathedral.
The concert, which takes place at 7.30pm on Saturday, November 16, will also mark George Vass' 30 years as music director.
The "joyous" autumn programme will start with Bach's Magnificat and end with Maurice Duruflé's Requiem.
The concert will also include Poulenc's Organ Concerto, with the organ played by former assistant master of music and director of the Cathedral Girls Choir at St Albans Cathedral, Tom Winpenny.
Two vocal soloists with links to St Albans Cathedral will also perform: mezzo-soprano Helen Charlston and tenor Bradley Smith.
Helen began her singing career as a chorister in the Abbey Girls Choir and was recently named a BBC Radio 3 'New Generation Artist' (2021-23).

Bradley also began his career as a chorister in the Abbey Choir, before moving on to study at St John's College in Cambridge and the Royal Academy of Music.
Joining Helen and Bradley will be soprano Elinor Rolfe Johnson and bass-baritone Alexander Ashworth.
The concert will be accompanied by the musicians of Orchestra Nova, who have been the Choral Society’s orchestra-in-association for many years.
Tickets are available from the St Albans Cathedral website at www.stalbanscathedral.org.
