On September 3, 2023, drove a Citroen C3 at A602 Hitchin Road, Stevenage at 48mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £306. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Jalal Abdul: 35, of Queens Road, Ware. On May 29, 2023, drove a Kia, Sorento on A10 Great Cambridge Road, Cheshunt at 58mph when the speed limit is 40mph. Fined £80 and ordered to pay victim services £32. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 10 days. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – November 5 

Shaun Phillips: 24, of Wallers Way, Hoddesdon. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on May 2, 2024 by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £150. 

James White: 42, of Whitebarns, Furneux Perlham. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Norwich Magistrates Court on December 3, 2019, by failing to report for unpaid work appointments. The defendant must comply with unpaid work requirements by November 4, 2025, must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next twelve months.
