A driver caught with an "overweight and insecure" van in Harpenden was "likely to cause injury", police have warned.
The vehicle was stopped in Harpenden on Saturday night (October 19), after police had spotted its heavy load.
In an X post, the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said that the vehicle had "no insurance" and the hand break was faulty.
