Faycal El Bouanani: 27, of Kings Avenue, Watford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Westminster Magistrates Court on May 12, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Committed to prison for 3 months suspended for 12 months.
Hatfield Magistrates Court results – October 8
Jermaine Morrison: of Oakleigh Drive, Croxley Green. On December 26, 2022, was the owner of land which is situated at Oakleigh Drive and was in breach of an enforcement notice issued July 21, 2022, by failing to demolish the raised terrace/decking area. Fined £750 plus ordered to pay victim services £288 and court costs £1,270.
Duane Osler: 42, of Trowley Rise, Abbots Langley. On May 5, 2024, drove an Audi A3 on Hatters Way, Luton without a valid driving license and no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Also failed to give a breath test when required. Fined £450 plus ordered to pay victim services £180 and court costs £400. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
Erik Cruz Baca: 40, of London Road, Markyate. On October 6, 2023, drove an Iveco Daily on Park Lane, London when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay victim services £16. Driving record endorsed with 8 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – October 9
Omar Ashfaq: 38, of Ridgeway, Berkhamsted. On January 16, 2023, was is possession of a vehicle which did not have any road tax. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay back tax £49 and court costs £85.
Sharon Madigan: 50, of High Dells, Hatfield. On November 14, 2023, dropped a cigarette butt on the A41. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £313.
Ben Osei: 21, of Cavendish Road, Luton. On July 15, 2023, travelled by train to Luton without a valid ticket. Fined £26 plus ordered to pay compensation £21, victim services £10 and court costs £150.
