A flood warning remains in place for London Colney and Radlett after heavy rain battered Hertfordshire overnight.
Residents had been warned yesterday to "be prepared" ahead of "possible" flooding from the Upper River Colne.
An update has been issued this morning, reading: "River levels may rise again due to heavy rain overnight, and further showers today.
"Property flooding is not expected, but areas most at risk include Waterside, Lowbell Lane, London Colney and Warrengate Road."
Other areas at risk are Colney Heath and Borehamwood.
On Monday, St Albans and Harpenden were battered by floods, although neither the River Ver nor River Lea are on flood alert at time of writing.
The government has advised people to avoid low lying footpaths and bridges near local watercourses.
Government advice will be updated by 6pm today, and more information is available at https://check-for-flooding.service.gov.uk/target-area/062WAF28UpColne.
