Three men have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle after an incident in St Albans last night.

An eagle-eyed member of the public spotted the men climbing over a fence in Frobisher Road about 8pm before leaving in a small silver car, believed to be on cloned number plates.

The incident was reported to the police, with PC Louis Watkins from the Scorpion team and PCSO Bradley Flanagan from the neighbourhood policing team following the vehicle, which failed to stop.
