A St Albans man has been arrested on suspicion of bike theft and possession of class B drugs.
The 40-year-old, of no fixed address, was arrested by the train station after police issued a CCTV appeal and subsequently received a tip off by a member of the public.
It came after a black e-bike was stolen outside the Peri Peri chicken shop on Hatfield Road between 6.15pm and 6.20pm on September 4.
The suspect has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
