- M1 traffic is being held between junction 6A (for the M25) and junction 8 (for Hemel Hempstead).
- This is due to a "police-led incident", according to National Highways.
- Herts Police have confirmed a woman was arrested after an altercation in a vehicle and on the hard shoulder.
- There were around 30 minutes of delays and around 2 miles of congestion on the approach at around 1.20pm.
