A body has been found in the search for missing Cameron, who was last seen in Watford more than a week ago.
The 37-year-old from Hemel Hempstead, who had last been seen in the Vicarage Road area on Thursday 12 September.
Herts police confirmed this afternoon that a body had been found, but formal identification was yet to take place and the death was not being treated as suspicious.
"Formal identification is yet to take place but Cameron’s family have been informed and are being supported by our officers," said a police spokesperson.
"We are not treating the death as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
"Our thoughts are with Cameron’s family and friends at this very difficult time. We please ask that they are given privacy as they mourn their loss."
Yesterday saw Cameron's mum and dad make a desperate plea, saying: "Cam, if you see this can you make contact with someone as we are so worried about you.
"We love you so much and care about you. We just need to know you are safe, no pressure for anything else if you don’t want to talk to us. Love you always, Mum and Dad."
