1. St Albans Cricket Club
An application has been made for a 5m extension of the cricket net facility at St Albans Cricket Club.
Located in Clarence Park, the Club are seeking permission to extend the existing four-lane facility.

2. Leyton Road
Plans have been submitted for a replacement shed and patio at 15 Leyton Road, Harpenden.
The application is seeking retrospective permission.

3. Ramsbury Road
Permission is being sought to convert three apartments into a single dwelling at 4a Ramsbury Road in St Albans.
The plans include alterations to openings.

4. West Common Way
Plans have been submitted for extensions to the property at 22 West Common Way, Harpenden.
These would be at the front and rear of the property, with the plans also including the demolition of a rear garden shed.

5. Ridgemont Road
An application has been made for the installation of two rear dormer windows to the existing loft conversion at 14 Ridgemont Road, St Albans.
