A part-complete property development in St Albans has been put on the market, with estate agents starting bids at £10 million.
The site known as Viciniti on Cape Road has already received planning permission from the council for 37 new homes.
These homes would be a range of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom townhouses.
Construction of all four blocks began in 2023, but in July this year, the project was one of four Montreaux Homes schemes to fall into administration.
Administrators appointed London-based agents Watling Real Estate to handle the sale of the site, which is now seeking bidders to take on the project.
The agents point to the sites close proximity to St Albans City station, as well as the several Ofste-rated 'outstanding' schools nearby.

Jamie Lamond, director of Watling Real Estate, said: “This is not only a great investment and development opportunity, it is located in the Fleetville area of St Albans which is popular with families and young professionals.
“It lies approximately one mile for St Albans City Railway Station, providing access into central London in about 20 minutes – making it ideal for hybrid working."
The site consists of parking for 51 vehicles, and is located close to with EV charging points, private gardens with paved terraces to all houses, and shared green spaces.
There is also convenient access to the Alban Way, a cycle and walking route to the city centre and station.
The development is comprised of seven two bedroom shared ownership apartments in block A, nine four bedroom townhouses in block B, four one bedroom apartments and 14 two bedroom apartments in block C, with a trio of three bedroom townhouses in block D.
This project is filling the space left by the former Jewson builders yard at 16 Cape Road.
