4. Gibbs Close

An application has been made for a loft conversion with side dormer windows at 7 Gibbs Close, Harpenden.

5. Oster Street

Finally, plans have been submitted for a loft conversion at 60 Oster Street, St Albans.

The application includes a rear dormer window and front and rear conservation rooflights to the main roof.
