Plans have been submitted that would see two new five bedroom homes built in St Albans.
Graham Moody Associates Limited has made an application to the district council that would see the existing house at 12 Admiral Road demolished to make way for the new properties.
Plans include the installation of garden buildings and bin storage units.
The developer has submitted a design and access statement to support the application.
It reads: "This highly sustainable location is easily accessible by both private vehicle and public transport.
"In line with neighbouring properties along Admirals Walk, the proposed dwellings feature gabled roofs to the front with single storey ground floor elements providing entrance and bay window canopies."
