Harpenden's new Waffle House has opened to rave reviews from customers.
Based former Prezzo site in Leyton Road, the new Waffle House is Hertfordshire's second, joining the long running establishment in St Michael's Street in St Albans.
Prezzo closed its doors last year, leaving the building vacant for some time.
After months of anticipation, the new eatery opened its doors on Wednesday night (August 14) to a warm reception from customers.
