Sixty-eight homes were sold in February of this year, by far the biggest month of the last year.
The month with the lowest amount of homes sold in that time was December 2023, when 27 properties changed hands.
The data comes from an analysis of Land Registry Figures conducted by auctioneers Property Solvers.
Only streets with three or more properties sold were eligible to included, so as to not skew the data.
