As another week comes to an end, a fresh round of public notices have been published for St Albans and Harpenden residents.

As ever, we're rounding up the planning applications from across the district that you should know about.

The public notice portal is used to access all of the upcoming and recent information about restrictions and notices.

Here are a few planning applications which could impact you in the coming weeks.

1. Camp Road

An application has been submitted for a loft conversion at 2a Camp Road, St Albans.

The plans seek permission for a conversion to habitable accommodation and a dormer window at the rear of the property.

2. Rosebery Avenue

Plans have been submitted for alterations to the garden area at 11 Rosebery Avenue, Harpenden.

If approved, this would see a raised paved seating area, an open-sided pergola at the end of the garden and two enclosed stores for bikes and for bins to the side of the house, as well as a new side passage gate.

3. Tennyson Road

Permission has been sought for a single storey extension at 11 Tennyson Road, Harpenden.

The extension would take place at the rear of the property.

4. Alban Row

Plans have been submitted for replacement windows and doors at properties 27-31 on Alban Row, part of Verulam Road, St Abans.

The application also includes alterations to the openings of the relevant properties.
