Newly qualified drivers in London Colney can celebrate with a free burger after Burger King announced a special offer to mark National Drive-Thru day.
The American fast food giant will give a free Whopper or Chicken Royale to any customer who can show their 'L' plate to staff at one of its drive-thru locations.
Once seen as a rite of passage for new drivers, the drive-thru remains popular and July 24 is designated as the day to celebrate the experience of ordering from your car.
To promote the giveaway, Burger King have partnered with Pin Binning, founder of DGN Driving School and YouTuber with almost 700,000 subscribers.

They've created a slightly tongue-in-cheek video advising newbie drivers on how to master drive-thru etiquette.
The offer of free burgers is only available for recently-qualified drivers tomorrow (July 24) while stocks last.
To qualify for the giveaway, customers have to mention “BK Plates” at the till and show their 'L' plate to staff.
