A new 'music-led' restaurant is opening in St Albans, with Hazéls set to open its doors tomorrow (July 17).
Located at 5 Verulam Road, the restaurant's unique selling point is its focus on music, as well as its wine bar and French inspired menu.
Chef Drew Knight's menu will use fresh and seasonal produce, with the promise of an ever-changing menu.
The menu at launch includes Roast Isle of Sky Scallops, Aged Dairy Cow Sirloin and Whipped Smoked Cod's Roe.
It also boasts an impressive array of wines and a craft beer list curated by The Beer Shop, St Albans.
The wine menu has a distinctly European flavour, with champagne and red and white wine from Spain, Italy and France.

The building itself is set to be high on luxury, with "elegance and warmth" provided by an oak bar, high top tables, along with a custom-built vinyl library and sound system.
Reservations can now be made for the rest of July and into August.
The restaurant will only be open from Wednesday to Sunday, but private hire is available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Opening hours are from 5pm until 11pm, with the kitchen closing at 9.30pm.
