With the weekend approaching, a fresh round of public notices have been published for St Albans and Harpenden residents.
As ever, we're rounding up five that you should be aware of.

Here are a few notices which could impact residents across the district.
1. Lower Luton Road
Permission has been sought to demolish an industrial unit to make way for 140sqm of retail space and housing.
The plans include one, two and three bedroom flats, as well as six houses at units 6 And 7 Batford Mill, Lower Luton Road in Harpenden.

2. London Colney
Plans have been submitted for a loft conversion with new side windows at at 4 Beningfleld Drive in London Colney.
The proposals also involve a single storey extension at the rear of the property.

3. Orient Close
An application has been made for a single storey rear extension at 19 Orient Close, St Albans.

4. St Pauls Place
Plans have been submitted that would see windows replaced at properties 9-32 St Pauls Place, St Albans.
The new windows will come with additional louvres and vents.

5. West Common
Finally, a proposal has been made for the replacement of an existing conservatory at 26 West Common in Redbourn.
This would take place at the rear of the property.
