Police have released a CCTV image after £200 was stolen from an elderly man outside a Co-Op store in Harpenden.
At 2.45pm on Sunday, June 30, the man withdrew the money from the cash machine at the Southdown Road branch, but then dropped it.
Officers have released an image of a woman they believe could help their investigation.
PC Sean Lennon said: “We believe the woman pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have important information for us.
