St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 25 

Richard Dench: 65, of New Road, Radlett. On July 21, 2023 failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Volkswagen Polo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £1,320 plus ordered to pay victim services £28 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – June 26 

Caitlin Douglas: 29, of Bricket Road, St Albans. Commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order by Hatfield Magistrates Court on February 4, 2023. Fined £50. 

Ryan Bott: 24, of Fourdrinier Way, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 20, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £200 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Valentina Gyenin: 29, of Neptune Drive, Hemel Hempstead. On September 1, 2022, travelled by train to Canada Water without a valid train ticket. Fined £115 plus ordered to pay compensation £4.90, victim services £46 and court costs £50. 

Kane Richards: 20, of Riverside Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on November 3, 2023, while failing to attend office appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months 

Dean Smith: 36, of Granville Road, Northchurch, Berkhamsted. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on March 18, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Beth Hockey: 35, of Shelduck Field, Houghton Regis. Between April 15 and 23 used a TV without a valid licence. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £205. 

Sara Machrak: 31, of New House Crescent, Watford. Between August 4 and October 5 used a TV without a valid licence. Fined £220 plus ordered to pay victim services £88 and court costs £205. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – June 28 

Maninder Singh: 40, of High Street, London Colney. On May 9, May 23 and June 14 2023, drove a Tesla at Railway Terrace, Kings Langley at 38mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £640 plus ordered to pay victim services £256 and court costs £105. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 months.
