The end of another week means a new set of public notices for St Albans residents to be aware of.

1. Victoria Street
An application has been made for a loft conversion at 83 Victoria Street in St Albans.
The proposals would also see the addition of rooflights and other internal alterations at the property.

Plans have been submitted for the construction of a detached residential dwelling at 10 Amenbury Lane, Harpenden.
The plans would also see the demolishment of the existing property at the site.

3. St George's School
Permission has been sought by St George's School in Harpenden for a relocation of the sites main entrance.
If approved, the school would get a new roof canopy, as well as alterations to openings and additional lighting.

4. Oak Tree Gardens
Plans have been submitted for a single storey rear extension at 9 Oak Tree Gardens, St Albans.
The proposals also include the addition of rooflights.

5. Hill Street
Finally, an application has been made for the installation of Solar Panels at 28 Hill Street, St Albans.
The plans are for five solar panels on the south-west facing roof slope and six on the rear of the property.
