Stevenage Magistrates Court results – June 21
Kevin Niedzwiechi: 42, of Old North Road, Royston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Luton Magistrates Court on January 3, 2024 by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Committed to prison for 4 months.
Michael Eaton-Hall: 33, of Cambridge Road, Sawbridgeworth. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Fined £25. Order to continue.
Lewis Payne: 34, of Barleycroft, Stevenage. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on November 3, 2022, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £333.
James Tink: 31, of Hampden, Kimpton. Failed to comply with requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates Court on January 11, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. Fined £133.
Abdulla Muhammadi: 38, of Weston Road, Stevenage. On March 23, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Ford Transit who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £264 and court costs £620. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 21
Matthew Peck: 22, of Hasting Road, Barton-le-Clay. On February 3, 2024, assaulted a woman in Bedfordshire by beating her. Ordered to pay victim services £26 and court costs £85.
St Albans Magistrates Court results – June 24
Richard Dench: 65, of New Road, Radlett. On July 21, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Volkswagen Polo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £1,320 plus ordered to pay victim services £528 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
