The end of another week means a fresh round of public notices for St Albans residents to be aware of.

Here are a few notices which could impact residents across the district.
1. West Common Way
An application has been made to extend an existing outbuilding at 22 West Common Way in Harpenden.
This would be to facilitate the creation of a new home office at the property.

2. St Michael's Church
Plans have been submitted for some work to be done on St Michael's Church in St Albans,
Permission has been sought for the removal of an oak spike from the tower roof and the re-fixing of a wind vane.

3. De Tany Court
An application has been made for a loft conversion at 67 De Tany Court, St Albans.
This would also include the addition of rooflights to the property.

4. Walkers Close
Plans have also been submitted for extensive work to be done at 1 Walkers Close, Harpenden.
The proposed work would see a two-storey side extension, single storey rear extension and a loft conversion which includes a new boundary fence.

5. Harpenden Rise
Finally, an application has been made that would affect two neighbouring properties at 1 and 3 Harpenden Rise.
Plans have been submitted for first floor rear extensions with roof lights, as well as the replacement of existing single storey rear flat roofs and the installation of floodlights.
