Whether it be for a big new housing development or a personal project, there will always be plenty of interest in land up for sale in Hertfordshire.

Here are 5 plots currently on the market in the county.

1. Bragbury Lane - Stevenage

On the market for £290,000, the 0.18 acre plot of land is located between 9 and 19 Bragbury Lane.

Listing agent, Moult Walker Surveyors Limited, describe the plot as being "part of a small fenced paddock has a direct frontage to Bragbury Lane with existing gated access".

"The property does not have any planning permission and, because this is unallocated in the Local Plan, will be regarded as a windfall site for development," the listing adds.
