1. Bragbury Lane - Stevenage
On the market for £290,000, the 0.18 acre plot of land is located between 9 and 19 Bragbury Lane.
Listing agent, Moult Walker Surveyors Limited, describe the plot as being "part of a small fenced paddock has a direct frontage to Bragbury Lane with existing gated access".
"The property does not have any planning permission and, because this is unallocated in the Local Plan, will be regarded as a windfall site for development," the listing adds.
2. The Ryde - Hatfield
A plot of land in Hatfield, with a planning permission for a four-bedroom home, is on the market for £1 million.
"Planning permission was obtained in 1995 to extend the existing house and to build a separate detached dwelling in the rear garden," the listing from Raine & Co. reads.
"As the existing house was extended the permission is still valid, however we would recommend that any potential purchasers make their own enquiries on this matter."
3. Cole Green Lane - Welwyn Garden City
This 0.06 acre plot in Welwyn Garden City is set to be auctioned off on June 20, with a guide price of £60,000.
Described by auctioneer ConnectUK as a "freehold plot adjoining terraced houses", the land has the "future potential for various developments".
4. Chapman Road - Stevenage
This small patch of land in Chapman Road is listed on the market by Tyron Ash International Real Estate for £50,000.
The listing describes the plot as being "situated in a sought after location within close proximity to Lister Hospital, the A1(M) and Old Town".
5. Antonine Gate - St Albans
Another plot of land set to be auctioned is in Antonine Gate in St Albans, with Auction House London has setting a guide price of £3,000 for the 2,152sqft plot.
"The land is situated on a residential road close to local shops and amenities," the listing reads.
"The open spaces of King's Park are within easy reach. Transport links are provided by St Albans Abbey railway station."
