Hatfield Magistrates Court results – May 8 

Owen Parks: 21, of Clarendon Court, Harpenden. On February 10, 2023, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on February 10, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85.  

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – May 9 

Matthew Jison: 26, of Haseldine Meadows, Hatfield. On May 16, 2023, drove a Volkswagen Golf on Hillcrest, Hatfield without a valid driving license and no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £311 plus ordered to pay victim services £124 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – May 10 

Antony Nagle: 75, of Holwell Hyde, Welwyn Garden City. On June 12, 2023, drove a Jaguar XF at Lower Luton Road, Harpenden at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £192 plus ordered to pay victim services £77 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Iosif Hurmuz: 18, of Saxon Road, Luton. On September 4, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW 320D who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Sheena Sankutty: 30, of Clifton Road, Watford. On May 8, 2023, drove a Toyota Aygo at Southgate Road, Potters Bar at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. On July 28, 2023, drove a Toyota Aygo on Rickmansworth Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. On August 5, 2023, drove a Toyota Aygo at Rickmansworth Road, Watford at 38mph when the speed limit it 30mph. Fined £414 plus ordered to pay victim services £166 and court costs £110. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

Istvan Prokai: 30, of Havelock Road, Luton. On May 23, 2023, drove a Honda motorcycle of Baldock Road, Letchworth at 67mph when the speed limit is 30mph. On May 24, 2023 drove a Honda motorcycle on Baldock road at 38mph when the speed limit 30mph. Fined £546 plus ordered to pay victim services £218 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months.

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – May 13 

Constantin Cosmin: 30, of Deerswood Avenue, Hatfield. On November 27, 2020, drove a Vauxhall Vectra on Worcester Road, Hatfield while over the drink drive limit. Cosmin had 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

On July 21, 2021, failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on January 15, 2021. Fined £600 plus ordered to pay victim services £180 and court costs £620. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 3 years.
