Plans have been submitted for a Redbourn garage to be demolished and a new three-bedroom home constructed in its place.

The application, validated on Wednesday (May 8), also includes reconstruction to the southern elevation of the existing dwelling at 42 Lords Meadow.

The new house would sit between Lords Meadow and Crouch Hall Lane with parking, amenity space, cycle and refuge storage included in the plans.
