A caravan, a house and a garage block have all been set alight over the past two weeks in a series of arsons in Bricket Wood.
All three incidents took place in or near Lye Lane, between April 24 and May 4.
The first took place in Park Street Lane at 9.50pm on Wednesday, April 24, when a house was set alight.
Next, a garage block caught fire in Cleveland, North Orbital Road, causing damage to the building, contents and a vehicle parked inside. This took place at 12.30am on Friday, April 26.
Finally, a caravan was set alight in Lye Lane at 6pm on Saturday, May 4.
Hertfordshire police have launched an investigation into the fires.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Officers are investigating three arsons in and around Lye Lane, Bricket Wood over the past two weeks and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with any information to come forward.
"The neighbourhood policing team and intervention teams will be increasing patrols overnight following the three arsons, which are being linked.
