1. Mayflower Road, Park Street
Plans have been submitted for the erection of a new dwelling at 67a Mayflower Road, Park Street.
An existing bungalow would be demolished to make way for the home.

Listed building consent is being sought to demolish existing outbuildings at The Old School in Sandridgebury Lane, St Albans.
A single-storey side extension would be created in place of the removed structures.

Plans have been submitted for a first-floor extension to be created at 3 The Ramparts, King Harry Lane, St Albans.
