Hertfordshire is set to be as hot as Paris and Istanbul this bank holiday weekend, but just how warm will it get?
With summer just around the corner, the sunshine is threatening to breakthrough on a more regular basis, and we could see more of that this weekend.
Before the sunshine arrives, Friday looks set to bring the blues, with rain forecast throughout the day and highs of just 11°C.
Saturday will be much-improved though despite a chilly start, with temperatures set to hit 17°C in the afternoon, making it as hot as the Turkish city of Istanbul and warmer than French capital Paris.
The sunshine will continue into Sunday, with highs of 17°C once again matching those in Istanbul and Paris, although rain is expected to arrive in the evening.
Monday might be one to stay inside or grab an umbrella, as rain is predicted throughout the day, with highs of 13°C.
