St Albans pantomime legend Bob Golding is set to make his return to the Alban Arena after missing the show in recent years.
Bob will join fellow St Albans favourite Ian Kirkby this winter, for a new production of Cinderella.
Both actors will play the ugly sisters in the performance, marking Ian Kirkby's third performance as a dame.
In 2021, it was announced that Bob would be bowing out of the St Albans festivities, to focus on new opportunities instead.
This followed a cancelled tenth pantomime in the city for him, with the entire run of Mother Goose scrapped due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement released on social media, Bob said: "I can now announce that I’m returning to The Alban Arena for pantomime this year with my dearest pal Ian Kirkby.
