Plans for two five-bedroom homes to be constructed on Green Belt land
Here are a few notices which could impact residents across the district in the coming months.
1. The Maltings, St Albans
Plans have been submitted for the integration of units 11 and 12 at St Albans' The Maltings shopping area.
Alterations would also be made to the shopfront at unit 11, while internal alterations and signage is also included.

2. Redbourn Lane, Harpenden
An application has been submitted for the construction of two interlinked water storage reservoirs at Harpenden Golf Club, on Redbourn Lane.
The reservoirs would be used for the purpose of storing and transferring water for use on the golf course.

3. Batchwood Hall, St Albans
Plans have been submitted to change the usage of Batchwood Hall, after a lease was agreed with Beech House owners the Oakman group.
If accepted, the plans would see the hall's usage changed from a nightclub to a restaurant, bar, hotel, wedding and function venue.

4. Amenbury Lane, Harpenden
An application has been made to demolish an existing dining room and replace it with a two-storey rear extension at 40 Amenbury Lane, Harpenden.
A first floor side extension and replacement windows and doors are also included in the plans.

5. Etna Road, St Albans
A loft conversion with two new roof lights has been proposed at 30 Etna Road, St Albans, following the demolition of an existing conservatory.
A new single-storey rear extension would be constructed, and new windows would be installed.
