Five Hemel Hempstead residents are among those fined in recent weeks for offences including theft, driving without due care and possession of drugs.
Each offender has appeared at Magistrates' courts across the country, having previously been charged.
1. Kacper Rogowski, 20
Kacper Rogowski has been ordered to pay £165 after being found to be in possession of class A and class B drugs in Hemel Hempstead.
On May 19, 2023, the 20-year-old was found to be in possession of oxycodone and cannabis at the town's train station. Rogowski was also in possession of a knuckle duster at the time.
The man from Alexandra Road was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £80, following a hearing at Hatfield Magistrates' Court last Tuesday (March 19).
2. Andrew Hamilton, 35
Andrew Hamilton has been fined £120 after being re-sentenced for stealing six boxes of washing powder to the value of £32.50.
The 35-year-old had committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for the crime, committed in Hemel Hempstead on August 20, 2023.
Hamilton, from Queensway, was sentenced at Hatfield Magistrates' Court on Saturday (March 23).
3. Sumair Siddiqi, 30
On March 18, 2023, Sumair Siddiqi was caught using a hand-held mobile telephone was driving on Dacorum Way, Hemel Hempstead.
Siddiqi was ordered to pay £422 in total, having been fined £223, ordered to pay a surcharge of £89 and costs of £110.
The 30-year-old was sentenced at Stevenage Magistrates' Court on Friday, March 15.
4. Waldamar Trzcinski, 45
Waldamar Trzcinski was ordered to pay £1,338 after appearing at Bath Law Courts on Thursday, March 7.
The man from Seaton Road had been charged with driving a vehicle without due care and attention on August 19, 2023.
Along with a £877 fine, he was ordered to pay £110 in costs and a surcharge of £351.
Trzcinski was also awarded seven points on his driving licence.
5. Mark Hollis, 38
On March 25, 2023, Mark Hollis was caught driving at 97mph in a 70mph zone on the M25 near Chorleywood.
The 38-year-old had committed the offence in a Seat Altea XL between junctions 19 and 18 of the road's anti-clockwise carriageway.
The man from Bennetts End Road appeared at Stevenage Magistrates' Court on Friday, March 15.
Hollis was fined £533 and ordered to pay costs of £110. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £213 and disqualified from driving for six months.
