Plans have been submitted for an existing home in Chiswell Green to be replaced with a three-storey property.
The application, for 27 Tippendell Lane, was validated by St Albans City & District Council's planning committee last Monday (March 11).
A two-storey home currently sits on the site, featuring a lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen and four bedrooms.
Should plans be accepted, an open plan dining room and kitchen will be constructed on the ground floor, with three bedrooms on the first floor and a fourth bedroom on the second.
