Plans have been submitted for the usage of a Harpenden retail unit to be changed for the purpose of nail painting, manicure and beauty treatments.
If the application is accepted, the use of 20 Station Road would change from retail to sue generis (meaning 'of its own kind').
Proposed floor plans have been included in the application, which feature a nail room, kitchen, treatment room and "barrister station".
