Five planning applications are among the key St Albans City & District Council public notices set to impact residents in the coming months.

1. Sleapshyde Farm - Smallford
In Smallford, a planning application has been submitted to change the use of an agricultural barn to a residential dwelling.
The plans also come with associated hard and soft landscaping.

2. Clarence Road - St Albans
A planning application has been submitted for the de-conversion of a property at 110 Clarence Road back into single dwelling.
The erection of single storey rear extension is also part of the plans.

3. Milton Road - Harpenden
At 29 Milton Road, a planning application has been submitted for a part single, part two-storey side and single storey front extensions, as well as alterations to roof and addition of front and rear dormers.
This would follow the demolition of an existing garage and two-storey side projection.

4. Luton Road - Harpenden
At 55 Luton Road, a planning application has been submitted for the construction of a new boundary wall to the driveway with automated driveway gates and pedestrian gate.
An existing access point from Luton Road would be used.

5. Watsons Walk - St Albans
At 1 Watsons Walk, a planning application has been submitted to remove existing chimney pots and rear chimney stack.
It also proposed to replace them with a new chimney stack.
