A teenager has had his car seized by Herts police in St Albans.
The driver, aged 18, was driving a Mercedes in Cell Barnes Lane in the city when he was pulled over by Safer Neighbourhood Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary.
Upon speaking to the driver, the officers found that the driver only had a provisional driving licence and was driving without insurance.
As a result, they seized the car he was driving and reported him for driving offences.
