St Columba's College has appointed a new headmaster to oversee the prep, senior and Sixth Form establishment.
Mr Karl Guest, began his new role on Friday, September 1, having previously served as the deputy head of London's Sydenham High School before becoming head of Alton School in April 2020.
The new headmaster has settled in well, having been described by his colleagues as "good-humoured".

He is also an avid follower of sports and enjoys cooking, travel and music.
Upon joining the school, Mr Guest commented: "I am thrilled to be joining St Columba's and being a part of the Columban community.
"I look forward to welcoming you all."
