The Saint & Sinner has "exceeded all expectations" according to the brewery that runs the pub.
The St Peter's Street location had initially been due to open in late 2022, but delays meant that it finally opened its doors to the public in June this year (2023).
Set inside a former branch of the Nationwide building society, the site has now been transformed into a stylish bar with historical features by brewery and pub company McMullen & Sons.

He told The Herts Advertiser: "The Saint & Sinner has exceeded all expectations since opening.
"As with all new openings, and new teams, there’s a lot of learnings for all in the early weeks, but the Saint & Sinner has been really well received by the vast majority of guests who have visited since opening.
