Four motorists have been caught "racing, doing handbrake turns and donuts" by Hertfordshire police.
The individuals have been issued with warning notices for anti-social driving in Hemel Hempstead.
Last month (June 2023), Hertfordshire police released a warning to to those "driving anti-socially" in the car park for Gadebridge Park.

Responding to reports of several vehicles racing in the town, officers have been conducting patrols and utilising CCTV footage.
Following this, four addresses were visited this week, in which 'section 59’ warning notices were issued, under the Police Reform Act 2002.
If the four motorists are caught driving illegally or anti-socially again within the next 12 months, they could have their vehicle seized and "potentially crushed".

They can also be reported for traffic offences and be issued with Community Protection Warnings, which set conditions involving their behaviour.
Inspector Jeff Scott said: “The message is quite simple - anti-social driving has the potential to put lives at risk; not only the drivers themselves but other innocent road users and pedestrians too.
"It also causes noise nuisance.
“We will continue to monitor the issue as part of our proactive patrols in the area.
"If you want to keep your vehicle, please drive safely and considerately.”
