A man has been arrested after a motorcyclist suffered a broken knee following an altercation and crash in Radlett.
At around 9.30pm on Wednesday, June 14, it was reported that an altercation between the drivers of a Volkswagen Golf and a Honda motorbike occurred in Watling Street.
The two vehicles later collided, with the motorcyclist sustaining a broken knee. He was taken to hospital, where he remains at this time.

A 52-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink. He has since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
"Our enquires are continuing as we look to establish the full circumstances," said Detective Constable Gemma Haines, investigating.
"We believe the two vehicles were travelling from Stanmore towards Radlett, and I am appealing for any witnesses to please come forward. Did you see the collision or the events leading up to it? Please get in touch if so.

"Additionally, if you have a dash cam fitted and were driving in the area at this time, please check it as you may have recorded some footage that could be crucial in progressing our investigation.
